Last night was the annual Block Party for the Neighborhood Health Clinic of Collier County.  BlumLux was featured in the live auction!!!  Nick and I donated the “Square One” Money Clip.  It had rave reviews!  It was awesome to be featured in such a big event… and of course, to wear my new dress ;)!  After the benefit, I hit up one of my favorite night spots in Naples, Sway, for some fun with the girls… always a good time!

I just got off the phone with Nick.  He just arrived in Paris!  I mean why not go to the most romantic city in the world on the most romantic day of the year?  I’m so jealous!  He said it’s awesome.  He said his brain is buzzing… inspiration from every corner.  Do I sense a women’s line coming in the near future???  I hope so!!!

Happy Valentine’s Day!  It’s been quite an exciting day for BlumLux!  We started off the day with a singing telegram!  The Purdue Music Organization came into the office this morning… they were sent by my mother!  Wow… was I embarrassed!!!  However, I was not shocked when I found out it was from my mother!  No worries, I’ll get her back!  Now, for our big news… IT’S FINALLY HERE!!!  We are launching our online store today!!!  We’re so excited to offer our pieces to the world!  You’ve probably noticed that our line has really expanded!  We decided to wait until the online store launched to unveil our new pieces.  We now have money clips, tie clips, and bracelets!  We also added some new pendants and rings.  Check them out and let us know what you think!  We hope you like our site!  We’ve had a great time working with Kemba and the gang to get it ready!

I don’t know what rock we’ve been hiding under, but we just received some big news from some of our favorite people… the girls at LUP.  Jessica is 8 months pregnant!!!  We’re so thrilled for her and Leon!

I’m so excited to have a blog… and what an exciting day to start… when Nick takes off to Europe!!!

Nick has been dreaming about this day since we were little!  I can still remember the laminated paper watches of his designs that he used to wear.  Now, his dream is coming to a reality!  He left this afternoon for Geneva, Switzerland!!!  He wanted to be on the scene for the development of his first watch! We’re so excited to add it to our line.  We hope to debut at least one watch in Las Vegas at the annual JCK Las Vegas jewelry show!
